About Me
I love to Bake!
I first discovered my love for baking about a year ago, just after I married my husband. After hours upon hours of research, trial and error, I have learned what I consider to be the basics of making fantastic cakes. I will admit, I can be quite hard on myself, however my friends and family all insist that I have a knack making GORGEOUS cakes! Not only are they pleasing to the eye, but they are DELICIOUS... I know, it's crazy to think that a fabulous looking cake can be tasty as well, but I have done it. I have developed a method that is a somewhat magical system, where I throw ingredients into bowl and POOF!! Magical, scientific goodness pops out in the form of happiness which is also known as a cake. You are welcome.
The Product
Being a self taught baker is hard work. I spend a large amount of each day doing research and learning new and exciting techniques on how to create tasty treats. I use top quality ingredients as all of my cakes taste AMAZING and I want to keep it that way!
